📝 Job Description
- Manage RFQs, collect quotations, prepare comparisons, negotiate, and finalize purchase orders
- Prepare and control purchase orders and complete procurement documentation
- Handle vendor onboarding, coordination, lead-time follow-ups, and delivery tracking
- Support costing activities including freight, clearance, landing cost, and pricing coordination
- Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and logistics teams for stock availability and timely deliveries
- Maintain supplier relationships and identify new qualified vendors
- Monitor inventory levels and plan purchase requirements accordingly
✅ Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain roles
- Strong knowledge of IT and networking product categories
- Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills (local and import exposure preferred)
- Proficiency in Excel and strong ERP discipline
- Good English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage)
- Currently based in KSA with transferable Iqama
- Preferably located in Dammam / Al Khobar (Eastern Province)
- Valid KSA driving license
- Procurement-related certification is required
