Job Description
- Coordinate and support overall project activities to ensure timely and cost-effective execution.
- Prepare, review, and manage project invoicing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual terms.
- Assist in bidding and tendering processes, including preparation of bid documents, cost comparisons, and submission coordination.
- Handle purchase activities, including preparing purchase orders, vendor coordination, follow-ups, and delivery tracking.
- Coordinate logistics operations, including shipment planning, freight arrangements, customs coordination, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare, review, and maintain project documentation, ensuring proper filing and compliance with internal and client requirements.
- Manage Letter of Credit (LC) preparation, amendments, documentation compliance, and coordination with banks and suppliers.
- Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, logistics providers, and clients to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution.
- Monitor project schedules and report progress, risks, and issues to project management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual requirements, and applicable regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of invoicing, procurement, logistics, and trade documentation.
- Familiarity with LC processes and international trade procedures.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems is an advantage.
