Job Description
- Lead annual forecasting, cash flow management, and perform rigorous variance analysis (actual vs. budget).
- Develop standardized pricing lists for AV and non-AV items and maintain inventory records for swift CEO decision-making.
- Analyze financial data to provide strategic recommendations and cost-control measures.
- Own the P&L, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow statements in compliance with IFRS.
- Manage VAT and Zakat filings; act as the primary liaison with auditors and regulatory bodies.
- Enforce internal controls to mitigate fraud risks and manage payroll and banking relationships.
- Build a structured payment system for temporary event staff, ensuring timely payouts and zero discrepancies.
- Track technical team petty cash and maintain meticulous records for all temporary hires.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and tax management.
- In-depth knowledge of IFRS and experience in VAT and Zakat filings.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide strategic recommendations.
- Experience in internal controls and managing payroll and banking relationships.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
