📝 Key Responsibilities

Tendering & Design

  • Manage the complete RFQ (Request for Quotation) lifecycle including BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and BOM (Bill of Materials) preparation and competitive pricing via Excel.
  • Review technical drawings and specifications using AutoCAD where necessary to support accurate tender preparation.
  • Prepare detailed and compliant technical tender submissions aligned with client and SEC/National Grid standards.

Commercial Management

  • Prepare comprehensive technical and commercial tender documents and manage internal quotation logs and approval workflows.
  • Secure internal management approvals for submitted quotations and ensure all commercial terms are properly documented.
  • Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and contract conditions with clients and suppliers professionally and effectively.

Financial & Compliance

  • Negotiate payment terms, manage credit facilities, and handle Bank Guarantees including Performance Bonds and Letters of Credit (LCs).
  • Ensure all financial documentation and e-invoicing comply with ZATCA e-invoicing regulations in Saudi Arabia.

Project Coordination

  • Submit project invoices via Oracle ERP in coordination with the Project Execution team to ensure timely billing and revenue recognition.
  • Monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) aging reports and proactively follow up to ensure timely client payments.

Market Intelligence

  • Track and analyze competitor activity in the electrical transmission and substation market in Saudi Arabia.
  • Report on the Quote-to-Order conversion rate and provide actionable insights to support sales strategy and business development decisions.

Brand Representation

  • Prepare high-quality company dossiers, product manuals, and capability statements for client presentations and tenders.
  • Represent the company professionally at trade shows, exhibitions, and marketing events within the Saudi electrical sector.

✅ Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech) in Electrical Engineering is required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical transmission lines or substations field — specifically in a project sales or tendering capacity.
  • Proficiency in Oracle ERP and MS Office (particularly Excel) is required for this role.
  • Familiarity with SEC (Saudi Electricity Company) / National Grid standards, IEEE, IEC, Cigre technical standards and specifications.
