📝 Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and produce a wide variety of high-quality pastries, cakes, desserts, croissants, breads, and confectionery items to a professional and consistent standard.
- Create and innovate new pastry and dessert recipes — developing seasonal specials and specialty items that align with customer preferences and brand standards.
- Decorate, plate, and present pastry products to an exceptional visual and culinary standard that reflects the establishment’s quality expectations.
- Manage all aspects of pastry station operations — including ingredient preparation, production scheduling, portion control, and quality checking.
- Maintain strict food safety, hygiene, and HACCP compliance throughout the pastry kitchen at all times.
- Operate and maintain pastry kitchen equipment including ovens, mixers, dough sheeters, and tempering machines properly and safely.
- Manage ingredient inventory — monitoring stock levels, minimizing wastage, and communicating restocking needs to management on time.
- Work collaboratively with the broader kitchen team to ensure smooth and timely food production and delivery.

- Proven hands-on experience as a Pastry Chef in a professional restaurant, hotel, café, or bakery environment — experienced candidates only.
- Strong skills in pastry preparation, baking, cake decoration, dessert production, and confectionery arts.
- Must currently be in Saudi Arabia — this is a local hiring only position.
- Transferable Iqama is required — however the employer accepts:
- ✅ 1st transfer candidates
