📝 Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business development and commercial growth for Hayya Fit’s platform across Saudi Arabia — identifying, approaching, and converting new business opportunities in the sports and fitness ecosystem.
  • Build and manage a strong partnership network — engaging with gyms, sports clubs, fitness centers, sports academies, event organizers, and relevant brands to bring value to the Hayya Fit platform.
  • Lead supplier onboarding activities — identifying, negotiating with, and integrating sports and fitness service providers onto the platform in a structured and scalable way.
  • Manage day-to-day operations — supporting the smooth running of the startup’s business activities, processes, and team coordination across Riyadh.
  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for Riyadh — identifying high-priority market segments, growth opportunities, and competitive positioning for the platform.
  • Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships — ensuring all onboarded partners have a positive experience and remain active and engaged on the platform.
  • Track and report on business development metrics, pipeline performance, and growth KPIs — providing regular updates to the founding team on commercial progress.
