📝 Key Responsibilities
- Assist with receiving, checking, and organizing incoming stock in the supermarket warehouse and storage areas — verifying quantities and conditions against delivery documents.
- Stock and replenish supermarket shelves, refrigeration units, and display areas — ensuring products are correctly arranged, labeled, and rotated (FIFO) throughout every shift.
- Assist customers on the supermarket floor — answering product location queries and providing helpful service in both Arabic and English.
- Handle loading and unloading of deliveries — physically moving goods from delivery vehicles to warehouse storage and from storage to the supermarket floor.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse storage areas, stock rooms, and supermarket floors throughout the working day.
- Monitor product expiry dates, damaged items, and stock levels — reporting shortages and issues to supervisors promptly.
- Support the supermarket team with any general helper duties as directed by the supervisor throughout each shift.
✅ Requirements
- Proven experience in supermarket, retail, or warehouse helper work — candidates without relevant experience should not apply.
- Ability to speak and understand both Arabic and English — this is a mandatory language requirement for customer interaction and team communication.
- Valid Iqama with minimum 6 months of remaining validity — candidates with less than 6 months Iqama validity are not eligible.
