Job Description:
- Prepare a variety of bakery items, including burger buns, potato bread, and other bread varieties.
- Ensure high standards of quality, presentation, and food safety are maintained.
- Keep workstations and equipment clean and organized.
- Train and mentor junior team members on recipes and procedures.
- Follow hygiene and safety regulations strictly.
- Support bakery operations and assist in food preparation as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bakery Chef or in a similar role.
- Ability to prepare various bakery items to a high standard.
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Relevant culinary qualifications preferred.
