Job Description
- Prepare a wide range of breads, Danish pastries, and bakery products using professional equipment.
- Ensure consistent product quality, taste, and visual presentation according to set standards.
- Train and guide team members on standard recipes, techniques, and bakery procedures.
- Manage stock levels and ensure proper handling, storage, and rotation of bakery items.
- Maintain full compliance with hygiene, safety, and HACCP standards at all times.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Bakery Chef in hotels, restaurants, or luxury dining establishments.
- Strong knowledge of bread-making, pastries, and commercial baking techniques.
- Understanding of food safety, cleanliness, and HACCP standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Local recruitment only with immediate sponsorship transfer availability.
Salary & Benefits
- Monthly salary up to SAR 8,000
