Job Description
As a Delivery Associate, you will be a key part of our operations, ensuring timely and safe delivery of orders to our customers. Your primary role will involve:
- Safely delivering customer orders across Riyadh using a company-provided bike.
- Efficiently navigating routes using mobile apps like Google Maps and our delivery tools.
- Providing friendly and professional customer service during every interaction.
- Adhering strictly to all traffic safety and company security protocols.
- Managing the company-provided mobile phone and bike with care.
Requirements & Qualifications
To be a successful candidate, you must meet the following requirements:
- Must possess a valid and transferable Iqama (Work Residency).
- Must hold a valid bike driving license (mandatory).
- Previous experience in customer order delivery is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with navigation and delivery apps (e.g., Google Maps).
- Basic communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Full commitment to assigned rotating shifts and schedules.
- Must be above the legal working age.
