Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor daily site construction activities.
- Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site supervisors.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Check the quality of materials and workmanship, ensuring compliance with project standards.
- Assist in quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, and material approval processes.
- Ensure site safety, compliance with local regulations, and implementation of company standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and consultants for technical issues.
- Attend site meetings and resolve technical/site-related challenges.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- 2-3 years of experience in construction, site supervision, or project execution (KSA experience preferred).
- Familiar with Saudi building codes and project documentation.
- Strong knowledge of structural drawings, finishing works, and site execution.
- Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of MS Project or Primavera is a plus.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Transferable Iqama preferred.
- Ready to join immediately or in a short notice.
