Job Description
- Supervise daily civil construction works at the site, ensuring all activities are carried out according to plan.
- Manage labor and subcontractors effectively to ensure efficient operations.
- Execute work according to drawings, specifications, and instructions from the project team.
- Supervise key construction activities such as concrete, rebar, formwork, and finishing works.
- Ensure that quality standards, safety regulations, and project timelines are adhered to.
- Coordinate with site engineers and the project team to ensure smooth site operations.
- Prepare and submit daily work progress reports, highlighting key milestones and challenges.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Civil Foreman in the construction industry.
- Good knowledge of site activities and effective labor handling.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings and blueprints.
- Previous experience on projects in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
- Immediate availability is a plus.
