🎯 Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in estimation and planning.
- Understanding of cost control, construction methods, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in estimation software such as MS Excel, AutoCAD or equivalent tools.
- Strong analytical and collaborative skills with attention to detail.
