Job Description:
- Manage and oversee MEP engineering work, civil work, plumbing, and HVAC work
- Provide engineering design & drawings and preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Handle general civil work for repair and finishing, as well as general maintenance support
- Offer small-scale landscape and exterior facility services
- Collaborate with clients to ensure high standards of project execution
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in MEP contracting, civil works, plumbing, and HVAC
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with clients and stakeholders
- Experience in maintaining high standards of quality and safety on-site
