🧾 Job Description
- Design, develop, test, and maintain electrical equipment and systems with focus on safety and reliability
- Analyze electrical systems to identify hazards, defects, and compliance gaps
- Coordinate manufacturing, installation, maintenance, testing, and documentation activities
- Perform detailed engineering calculations to establish standards and specifications
- Prepare specifications for electrical equipment and material purchases
- Lead and support daily electrical maintenance activities, including MV/LV systems, switchgear, PCC, and MCC
- Troubleshoot PLC, control systems, automation equipment, and electrical faults
- Support project execution, contractor coordination, and CAPEX control
- Manage vendors, QA/QC approvals, and electrical material qualifications
- Prepare and update electrical drawings, schematics, and reports using AutoCAD
- Ensure compliance with HSE policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
✅ Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Automation Engineering
- Hands-on experience with medium and low voltage electrical systems
- Basic knowledge of PLC systems (Siemens S7, TIA Portal), SCADA, and VFDs
- Experience with PLC programming and industrial automation preferred
- Strong ability to read, write, and understand electrical schematics
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2016 or later) for electrical drawings
- Familiarity with IT networking, servers, virtual machines, and data communication
- Good command of Microsoft Office for reporting and project tracking
- Fluent in English with strong communication and leadership skills
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and prioritization abilities
