Job Description
This hiring includes two roles. Please review responsibilities carefully and apply based on your fit.
Helper (10 SAR/hour)
- Assist with daily site activities and general support tasks.
- Support material handling, movement, and basic site assistance as directed.
- Maintain discipline, punctuality, and readiness for physically active work.
- Follow supervisors’ instructions and site safety rules at all times.
Flagman (11 SAR/hour)
- Support site safety by managing traffic and movement coordination.
- Guide vehicles and operations with alertness and clear communication.
- Maintain safe pathways and help prevent accidents in active work zones.
- Work closely with site teams to ensure smooth and safe daily operations.
Requirements
- Candidate should be inside Saudi Arabia and ready for on-site work in Jubail.
- Physical fitness and discipline (especially for Helper role).
- Alertness and clear communication (especially for Flagman role).
- Willingness to follow safety rules and site instructions.
- Industrial project experience is a plus (not mandatory).
Salary & Work Conditions
- Hourly Rate: Helper 10 SAR/hour | Flagman 11 SAR/hour
- Salary cycle: Every 2 months and 20 days
