- Supervise daily housekeeping operations and ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Prepare and distribute duty rosters fairly among housekeeping staff
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and corridors to maintain cleanliness standards

- Coordinate with front office and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness
