Job Description
- Set up and operate painting equipment safely and correctly.
- Prepare surfaces by sanding, grinding, cleaning, and masking according to the required specifications.
- Mix paints and coatings as per the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Apply coatings to surfaces using spray, brush, or roller techniques.
- Ensure compliance with ARM’s quality and safety standards during the painting process.
- Maintain good housekeeping practices in work areas.
- Carry out other duties related to painting tasks as assigned.
- Comply with all environmental, health, and safety procedures related to painting operations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in industrial painting within the Oil & Gas sector.
- Strong knowledge of industrial painting techniques (spray, brush, roller).
- Ability to mix paints and coatings according to specifications.
- Familiarity with safety procedures in hazardous areas.
- Ability to work with various industrial coating systems (primer, intermediate, topcoat).
- Good physical condition and ability to work in different environments.
- Knowledge of PPE usage and material handling.
- Ability to read and follow technical work orders and specifications.
- Willingness to undergo training programs (Haz-Mat/Environmental) related to paint operations.
- Transferable Iqama and valid driving license.
