Job Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, and stakeholders in the construction sector.
- Provide technical sales support for construction-related products/services.
- Prepare and negotiate project bids, contracts, and pricing strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery.
Requirements
- Mandatory: 2+ years of sales experience in Saudi Arabia’s construction/contracting sector.
- Mandatory: In-depth knowledge of local construction practices and regulations.
- Mandatory: Valid Saudi residency permit (iqama).
- Preferred: Indian nationality (priority given to candidates with Saudi market familiarity).
- Preferred: Engineering background (Mechanical/Civil) or technical sales certification.
- Preferred: Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
