🧾 Job Description
- Develop and manage sales activities related to refractory and industrial maintenance services
- Identify new business opportunities in steel plants, cement factories, foundries, and petrochemical facilities
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations for clients
- Prepare quotations, tenders, and commercial proposals
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams for trials and after-sales support
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain strong relationships with procurement teams, engineers, and plant managers
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer requirements
✅ Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration
- 3–4 years of experience in industrial B2B sales, preferably in or around Jubail
- Strong understanding of civil, mechanical, and I&C contracting works
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel to client sites
- Transferable Iqama preferred (visa may be provided based on eligibility)
- Indian, Pakistani, or Filipino nationality preferred
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
