🧾 Job Description

  • Develop and manage sales activities related to refractory and industrial maintenance services
  • Identify new business opportunities in steel plants, cement factories, foundries, and petrochemical facilities
  • Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations for clients
  • Prepare quotations, tenders, and commercial proposals
  • Coordinate with technical and operations teams for trials and after-sales support
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain strong relationships with procurement teams, engineers, and plant managers
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer requirements

✅ Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration
  • 3–4 years of experience in industrial B2B sales, preferably in or around Jubail
  • Strong understanding of civil, mechanical, and I&C contracting works
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel to client sites
  • Transferable Iqama preferred (visa may be provided based on eligibility)
