- Develop and execute sales strategies for EPC contracts and manpower rental services across KSA.
- Generate leads, manage sales pipelines, and close new business with contractors, industrial clients, and project owners.
- Maintain and expand existing client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term contracts.
- Manage the full sales cycle including meetings, site visits, proposals, negotiations, and contract closures.
- Lead and manage the sales team, including targets, reporting, and performance reviews.

- 4–7 years of sales experience in Saudi Arabia within EPC and/or manpower rental services.
- Strong existing client network in KSA with the ability to generate immediate business.

- Transferable Iqama (Mandatory).
- Valid Saudi driving license (Mandatory).
