Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments of electrical and lighting products against purchase orders and invoices.
- Issue products for sales orders, ensuring the correct quantities and products are picked, and record issued goods, following FIFO/FEFO procedures.
- Support the sales process by receiving and handling customer orders (in-store or via phone/email), preparing quotations, and coordinating order fulfillment with warehouse and logistics.
- Communicate with customers, answer inquiries, follow up on deliveries, ensure timely supply, and coordinate with logistics for delivery arrangements.
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English and Arabic.
- Previous experience in inventory management or sales coordination is a plus.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
