Job Description
- Implement Ma’aden HSE rules and site-specific safety protocols.
- Conduct daily inspections, toolbox talks, and workforce safety inductions.
- Monitor permit-to-work (PTW) systems and enforce safety procedures.
- Lead incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions.
- Ensure emergency response readiness for fire, first-aid, and evacuation.
- Focus on hazards around crushers, conveyors, and heavy equipment.
- Submit daily HSE reports and participate in client safety meetings.
Requirements
- NEBOSH IGC or equivalent certification required.
- Minimum 5 years HSE experience in mining, crushing, or heavy industry.
- Strong understanding of Ma’aden HSE processes and controls.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic preferred).
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and safety report documentation.
- Physically fit for dusty, noisy, and high-temperature work environment.
- Strong leadership and ability to manage large multicultural crews.

- Strong LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) knowledge for maintenance work.
