📝 Key Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and supervise all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems across assigned project sites — ensuring full compliance with Aramco engineering standards, specifications, and project requirements.
- Review and approve MEP engineering drawings, shop drawings, and technical submittals — coordinating with project managers, contractors, and client representatives throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular site inspections and technical audits of MEP installations — identifying and resolving technical issues and non-conformances before they impact project timelines.
- Coordinate with civil, structural, and process engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems within the overall project design and construction scope.
- Ensure all MEP work complies with Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards (SAES), NFPA, IEC, and other applicable international codes and project specifications.
- Prepare and submit technical reports, method statements, inspection test plans (ITPs), and progress reports to project management and the client as required.
- Manage and coordinate with MEP subcontractors and site teams — overseeing material procurement, installation quality, and schedule compliance.
- Support commissioning and pre-commissioning activities for MEP systems — ensuring all systems are tested, verified, and handed over correctly.
✅ Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of MEP Engineering experience — hands-on project experience in industrial, oil and gas, or large-scale construction environments is essential.
- Aramco Approval is mandatory — candidates must hold a valid Saudi Aramco approved engineer certification. Non-Aramco approved candidates will not be considered.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards (SAES) and international MEP codes including NFPA, IEC, ASHRAE, and ASME.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent — relevant to MEP systems.
- Experience working on industrial, petrochemical, or oil and gas projects in Saudi Arabia is a strong advantage.
- Both Ajeer documents and normal Iqama documents are accepted — candidates on either arrangement are eligible.
- Must be available for a long-term project commitment in Jubail, Eastern Province.
