About the Project
This position supports a specialized Aluminum Foil Processing Facility in Dammam’s industrial zone. The role focuses on implementing and maintaining a strong Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring inspections match specifications, and keeping quality records accurate and audit-ready across mechanical, electrical, civil/structural, welding, installation, and commissioning activities.
Job Description (Key Responsibilities)
- Implement and supervise the project Quality Management System in line with company and international standards.
- Inspect materials, equipment, and construction activities for compliance with design, specifications, and project requirements.
- Prepare, review, and maintain quality documentation including ITPs, QCPs, inspection reports, test records, and NCR logs.
- Conduct site inspections for mechanical, electrical, civil/structural works, welding, installation, and commissioning.
- Identify non-conformities (NCRs) and follow up corrective and preventive actions to closure.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors on quality matters and participate in QA/QC meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years QA/QC experience (industrial plant or manufacturing project experience is preferred).
- Strong understanding of ISO standards and Quality Management Systems.
- Ability to produce clear and professional quality reports and maintain documentation properly.
- Fluent English and able to work in a multinational environment.
- Preferred certifications (advantage): ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, CSWIP, AWS-CWI, or similar.
