Job Description:
- Implement the project Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Management System.
- Conduct risk assessments, HSE training sessions, toolbox talks, and site safety inspections.
- Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with local regulations and company HSE policies.
- Record, investigate, and report incidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions; ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Prepare emergency response plans and coordinate drills.
- Communicate safety requirements with project teams, subcontractors, and consultants.
Requirements:
- Degree in Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of HSE experience, particularly in industrial or factory projects.
- Knowledge of HSE standards (OSHA, NEBOSH, ISO 45001).
- Strong communication and reporting skills, fluent in English.
- NEBOSH/IOSH or similar certifications are an added advantage.
