Job Description:
- Manage all phases of civil construction projects from inception to completion.
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Lead, coordinate, and supervise on-site project teams and contractors.
- Ensure strict compliance with HSE standards and regulations.
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and government authorities.
- Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports for management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of direct experience in civil projects within the oil and gas industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Proven track record of successfully managing industrial-scale civil projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be currently available and eligible to work in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
