🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed site surveys, assess technical requirements, and prepare site inspection reports.
- Prepare BOQs, MTOs, and cost estimations for materials, manpower, and subcontract services.
- Submit Technical Queries (TQs), variation claims, and support change management documentation.
- Handle procurement documents such as MR, MS, NMR and coordinate with vendors and suppliers.
- Monitor site activities, enforce safety and quality compliance, and ensure timely execution.
- Oversee inspection, testing, commissioning activities and finalize handover documentation.
🎯 Qualifications & Skills Required
- Bachelor’s in Electrical, Instrumentation or Electronics Engineering.
- 3–8 years of proven experience in E&I project execution.
- Knowledge of BOQ, TQs, industrial E&I standards and ARAMCO compliance preferred.
- Strong coordination, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle fast-paced industrial environments.
