Job Description
- Maintain accurate stock inventory using FIFO method.
- Receive, store, and issue materials as per operational requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Coordinate with procurement and kitchen teams to manage supplies.
- Ensure cleanliness and compliance with food safety standards.
Requirements
- Experience in catering or hospitality industry is a must.
- Strong knowledge of FIFO system.
- Proficiency in Excel; ERP knowledge is an added advantage.
- Transferable Iqama (must).
- Ready to join immediately and work anywhere in KSA.
