📝 Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage utility installation works — including water, sewer, stormwater, irrigation, and dry utilities — ensuring all works meet project specifications and approved drawings.
- Ensure all site activities are executed according to approved drawings, project schedules, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders on all utility-related technical and scheduling matters.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues — identifying problems early and implementing corrective actions to keep the project on track.
- Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, site documentation, and inspection records.
- Coordinate inspections and approvals with consultants and authorities throughout the project.
✅ Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Engineer on roads and infrastructure projects — mandatory.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration — preferred.
- Experience with NHC, NWC, SEC, or Municipalities is an advantage.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in English — reading, writing, and speaking.
- Saudi Arabia experience is highly preferred.
