Job Description
- Maintain and update daily stock records for raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, and spare parts.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials as per purchase orders and quality standards.
- Issue materials to production based on approved requisitions and maintain proper documentation.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of all items in the warehouse.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or slow-moving items to the procurement team.
- Conduct periodic physical stock counts and reconcile with system records.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance within the warehouse area.
- Coordinate with logistics for dispatch of finished goods and ensure accurate documentation.
- Follow FIFO/FEFO inventory principles to avoid material expiry or damage.
- Support internal and external audits related to inventory and warehouse operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Store Keeper, preferably in manufacturing or PPE/medical products.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse procedures.
- Ability to handle physical stock movement and operate warehouse equipment.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic understanding of PPE manufacturing materials (melt-blown, non-woven fabric, ear loops, nose wires, packaging materials) is an advantage.
- Valid and transferable Iqama and ability to join immediately.
- Preference for male candidates due to warehouse duties.
- Preference for non-Indian nationalities.
