📝 Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable — processing invoices, payments, and collections accurately and on time throughout every month.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations — ensuring all bank statements are reconciled with company records and all discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly.
- Maintain and update the General Ledger — recording all financial transactions accurately and in compliance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.
- Prepare and issue quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and payment schedules — ensuring all documents are accurate, properly approved, and filed systematically.
- Prepare financial reports and statements — providing management with accurate and timely financial information for decision making.
- Handle VAT and Zakat compliance — preparing and filing VAT returns accurately and on time in line with ZATCA requirements.
- Process and manage e-invoicing through the ZATCA-compliant system — ensuring all invoices are issued and archived correctly.

✅ Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce from a recognised university.
- 3 – 5 years of hands-on accounting experience — full-cycle accounting experience is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations applicable in Saudi Arabia.
- Proven experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank Reconciliation, General Ledger, and E-Invoicing.
- Proficiency in ERP systems — experience with any major ERP platform such as SAP, Oracle, or similar is required.
- Strong knowledge of VAT and Zakat regulations in Saudi Arabia — ZATCA compliance experience is essential.
