🧾 Job Description
- Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and aging analysis.
- Perform customer reconciliation and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Handle project-related accounting, monitoring costs, revenues, and financial progress.
- Prepare accurate financial reports for Head Office and Branch Management.
- Coordinate Letters of Credit (LCs) with customers and support periodic closing activities.
- Maintain payroll records and manage petty cash at the branch.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies.
✅ Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional accounting qualification is an added advantage.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in project accounting roles.
- Strong knowledge of receivables, reconciliation, and financial reporting.
