Job Description
- Receive, inspect, and store materials according to Aramco standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the Aramco system and Excel.
- Issue materials against approved requests and monitor stock levels.
- Conduct physical stock checks and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and cleanliness of the yard.
- Handle hazardous materials according to Aramco requirements.
- Prepare monthly stock and material reports for management.
- Monitor gauges, relief valves, and expiry dates of materials.
- Assist with audits and inspections as required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in storekeeping or material planning, preferably with Aramco experience.
- Knowledge of Aramco standards and inventory systems.
- Proficient in using Excel for inventory tracking and reporting.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Awareness of safety standards and handling hazardous materials.
