Job Description:
- Generate manpower demand from construction, industrial, and contracting companies
- Regularly visit client sites and offices to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Coordinate with management regarding manpower requirements and ensure timely fulfillment
- Follow up on inquiries and convert them into confirmed orders
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in manpower supply
- Valid Saudi driving license
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of the local market and construction companies
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
