Job Description
- Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded accurately.
- Update accounts receivable and issue invoices.
- Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, etc.).
- Forecast costs and revenues.
- Manage VAT and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Monitor and report accounting discrepancies.
- Perform month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Maintain customer and supplier files, asset and inventory records, agreements, contracts, and other official documents.
Requirements
- Must be Filipino (non-negotiable).
- Must have SAP Business One experience.
- BS degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Proven work experience as a Financial Accountant or in a similar role.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.
- In-depth understanding of business bookkeeping procedures.
- Solid knowledge of accounting regulations and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
