Job Description:
- Prepare traditional Arabic dishes in accordance with the restaurant’s menu and standards.
- Ensure the proper storage and handling of food ingredients.
- Work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Ensure food is prepared and presented according to customer orders and restaurant specifications.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to meet the demands of a busy kitchen.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Arabic Cook in the Gulf region.
- Valid KSA transferable iqama.
- Ability to join immediately.
- Ability to prepare a variety of Arabic dishes (grilled meats, mezze, kebabs, etc.).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding kitchen environment.
