Job Description:
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies
- Manage general ledger, journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes
- Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors and tax advisors
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses
- Support process improvements and internal controls
- Mentor and review the work of junior accounting staff
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent) preferred
- Minimum 5+ years of accounting experience, including senior-level responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS / GAAP)
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
