Job Description:
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently.
- Coordinate audit activities and ensure compliance with financial policies.
- Process and reconcile payments with GRN and PO, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain and update the General Ledger on a regular basis.
- Scan and attach physical copies of invoices to the IFS System for proper documentation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the accounting field, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payments, and general ledger activities.
- Experience in audit coordination and financial document reconciliation.
- Proficiency in using accounting software (IFS preferred).
- Valid, transferable iqama and available to work in Riyadh.
