🏢 About the Role
The employer is seeking a highly motivated Civil Site Engineer to join their construction team across Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in precast concrete building construction and infrastructure projects — overseeing site operations, quality control, subcontractor coordination, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
📝 Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day site operations for precast building and infrastructure projects.
- Enforce quality control and quality assurance standards across all site activities.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders throughout all project phases.
- Monitor project progress against schedules and implement corrective actions when needed.
- Maintain full compliance with HSE policies and site safety regulations.
- Prepare and submit daily progress reports, site records, and inspection documentation.
- Review and interpret construction and shop drawings — resolving site queries as required.
✅ Requirements
- 5 – 7 years experience as a Civil Site Engineer — precast construction mandatory.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech).
- Saudi Driving License — mandatory.
- Transferable Iqama — mandatory.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in English.
