Editorial Policy: How We Check Jobs

SaudiaJobs.net publishes job vacancies in Saudi Arabia for Saudis and expats. Job seekers use our listings to make real decisions, sometimes about moving to another city or country, so we take care to publish only real jobs and to keep them up to date. This page explains where our jobs come from and how we check them.

Where our jobs come from

• Employers with an account. Companies create a free employer account and post their own vacancies. Every account must confirm its email address before it can post.
• Our editors. Our team also publishes vacancies that employers send us or announce publicly, and checks them in the same way.

How we check jobs

• Review before publishing. A job from a new employer is checked by our team before it goes live. If a live job is changed later, it goes back for review. Only employers who have shown over time that they post genuine jobs can publish directly, and their jobs are still checked automatically.
• No fees to candidates. Every job is checked automatically for wording about fees (for example visa, placement or "processing" fees). Such jobs are held back for a closer look by our team. Jobs that ask candidates to pay are not published.
• Complete information. Every job needs a clear title, a category, the city, at least one way to apply (WhatsApp, phone, email or a link) and a description of at least 300 characters with the duties and requirements.
• Limits against spam. An employer account can post a limited number of new jobs per day, and suspicious accounts can be blocked.
• Safe content. Job descriptions are cleaned of scripts and hidden code, and links in them are marked as external.

Keeping jobs up to date

• Every job has a closing date. Jobs close automatically after 30 days unless the employer renews them, and never stay open for more than 60 days without renewal.
• Employers can mark a job as filled at any time.
• Closed and filled jobs are clearly marked "closed", are no longer shown as open vacancies, and show similar open jobs instead.

Salary and job details

Salaries, benefits and requirements are shown as the employer gives them. We check that they are plausible, but the final terms are agreed between you and the employer. Always confirm the salary, contract type, working hours and Iqama or visa arrangements with the employer before you accept an offer.

Guides and tools

Our guides and tools, such as the End of Service (EOSB) calculator, are based on the Saudi Labour Law and official guidance. We review them when the rules change and show the date of the last review. They are general information, not legal advice.

Report a problem

If a job looks fake, asks you for money, or has wrong information, please email us at admin@saudiajobs.net with the link to the job. We check every report, remove jobs that break our rules and block employers who post fake jobs. You can also use this address to ask for a correction.

Remember: genuine employers never ask candidates to pay for a job, a visa or an interview.
