📝 Key Responsibilities
- Install, operate, and maintain a comprehensive range of AC and HVAC systems — including window AC units, split systems, central air conditioning, chiller systems, and package units — across residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on all AC and HVAC equipment — diagnosing faults, replacing components, and restoring systems to full operational performance.
- Conduct refrigerant gas charging, leak testing, and refrigerant recovery — following safe handling and environmental compliance procedures.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical faults in AC systems — including compressors, condensers, evaporators, control panels, thermostats, fan motors, and associated components.
- Service and maintain chiller and central AC systems — including cooling towers, AHUs (Air Handling Units), FCUs (Fan Coil Units), and associated piping and ductwork.
- Install and commission new AC systems and package units — ensuring correct installation, refrigerant charging, and functional testing before handover.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and service reports for all systems serviced.
- Follow all HSE safety standards applicable to AC and refrigeration work at all times.
✅ Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of Gulf experience in AC and HVAC systems — GCC-based experience is specifically required. Candidates without Gulf experience should not apply.
- Hands-on expertise across all major AC system types — window AC, split systems, HVAC, chiller systems, central air conditioning, and package units.
- Strong technical knowledge of refrigeration principles, electrical systems, and mechanical components used in AC and HVAC equipment.
- Valid and transferable Iqama is mandatory — candidates on non-transferable Iqama or without valid residency will not be considered.
- Must be available for immediate joining — candidates with notice periods will not be entertained for this urgent requirement.
