📝 Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, balance sheets, and monthly financial reports for management review.
- Handle VAT filing, ZATCA compliance, and all statutory financial reporting requirements applicable in Saudi Arabia.
- Reconcile bank statements, supplier accounts, and customer invoices on a regular and timely basis.
- Monitor cash flow, track project-based costs, and provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and audit documentation as required.
- Coordinate with operations, procurement, and project teams to ensure accurate cost tracking and financial control.
- Maintain organized, accurate, and audit-ready financial records and documentation in compliance with company policies.
✅ Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field is required.
- Proven experience as an Accountant — experienced candidates only, no freshers for this role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and bookkeeping practices.
- Familiarity with Saudi Arabia’s VAT regulations and ZATCA compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Tally, SAP, or similar platforms.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to manage multiple financial responsibilities simultaneously.
- Good communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an added advantage.
- Prior experience in the marine, oil & gas, or industrial sector in Saudi Arabia or the GCC is a strong advantage.
