📝 Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and technical details using CAD software and BIM tools as required by the project team.
- Develop and produce construction drawings and shop drawings from architectural design concepts — translating design intent into precise, buildable technical documentation.
- Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEP, and interior design disciplines — ensuring consistency and clash-free integration across all technical documentation.
- Review and update drawing sets in response to design changes, client feedback, and site conditions — maintaining version control and drawing registers.
- Prepare as-built drawings and record drawings as required during construction and project closeout phases.
