- Prepare and serve a full range of espresso-based coffee drinks — including espresso, Americano, cappuccino, flat white, latte, macchiato, and specialty coffee beverages — consistently to a high quality and presentation standard.
- Operate and maintain professional espresso machines, grinders, and coffee equipment — calibrating grind settings, extraction times, and milk temperatures for optimal results.
- Perform precise milk steaming and latte art — achieving the correct texture and temperature for each beverage type and presenting drinks to café standards.
- Prepare cold brew, iced coffee, and specialty cold drinks as per the café menu.
- Maintain a clean and organized coffee station — cleaning equipment, surfaces, and the bar area throughout every shift to hygiene standards.
- Deliver excellent customer service — greeting customers warmly, taking orders accurately, and ensuring every guest interaction is positive and professional.
- Monitor coffee supplies, syrups, and milk stock levels — communicating restocking needs to management before running low during service.
