📝 Key Responsibilities
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all deliveries and customer authorizations — ensuring all delivery documentation is completed correctly and submitted to management on time after each delivery run.
- Perform safe, professional, and timely loading, transportation, and delivery of furniture and items to customers and business clients across Riyadh — handling all items carefully to prevent damage.
- Assist with the loading and unloading of furniture items from vehicles — using proper lifting techniques and taking care with heavy and bulky furniture pieces throughout the loading and delivery process.
- Review and verify delivery orders before and after each delivery — checking that all items are complete, delivery charges are correct, and customer satisfaction is confirmed before leaving each location.
- Provide excellent customer service at every delivery — greeting customers professionally, answering their questions, and handling any complaints or concerns with a courteous and solutions-focused attitude.
- Communicate proactively with customers by phone — updating them on delivery status, estimated arrival times, and any changes to the delivery schedule.
- Maintain ongoing communication with management — staying informed of any changes to delivery routes, schedules, or priorities and responding appropriately.
- Keep the company vehicle in clean, well-maintained, fueled, and road-ready condition throughout every working day.
- Ensure all delivery equipment is available and in order before departing from the warehouse or distribution point for each delivery run.
- Follow all Saudi traffic laws, road safety regulations, and safe driving practices to maintain a safe and professional driving record at all times.
- Be prepared to lift and handle heavy furniture products — physical fitness and ability to handle large and heavy items is part of this role.

- Valid Saudi driving license — mandatory for this role.
- Proven experience as a Delivery Driver — furniture, retail, or goods delivery experience is preferred.
