📝 Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on diesel engines — including heavy vehicles such as trucks, trailers, loaders, forklifts, and other diesel-powered factory and transport equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot diesel engine mechanical and electrical faults — using diagnostic tools, manuals, and technical expertise to identify root causes and implement effective repairs.
- Overhaul, repair, and replace major diesel engine components — including fuel injection systems, turbochargers, cooling systems, transmission, brakes, and suspension systems on heavy vehicles.
- Perform oil changes, filter replacements, belt and hose checks, and all routine preventive maintenance services on heavy vehicle fleets.
- Inspect and service hydraulic systems, pneumatic braking systems, and gearboxes on heavy trucks and industrial vehicles.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and service logs for all vehicles and equipment serviced.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with factory safety rules and HSE standards.
✅ Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience as a Diesel Mechanic — specifically with heavy vehicles such as trucks, trailers, and industrial diesel equipment.
- Strong technical knowledge of diesel engines, fuel systems, cooling systems, transmissions, and braking systems.
- Ability to use diagnostic equipment and tools for fault finding on diesel vehicles and engines.
- Physically fit and able to work in a factory maintenance environment.
- Must be available to attend a face-to-face interview in Riyadh.
- Valid Iqama or legal work authorization in Saudi Arabia.
