📝 Key Responsibilities
- Manage, organize, and maintain all business documentation, contracts, permits, and project files for Marhaba Golden’s Al Khobar operations and expansion activities.
- Develop and implement efficient document workflows and filing systems — ensuring all documentation is properly categorized, version-controlled, and easily retrievable.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records management — organizing, storing, archiving, and retrieving documents efficiently across both digital and physical filing systems.
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of all project documentation — reviewing documents for errors, missing information, and inconsistencies before filing or distribution.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal team members, management, and external stakeholders — distributing documents, following up on approvals, and ensuring timely document flow.
- Support the management team with preparation of reports, presentations, and administrative documentation related to the restaurant’s operations and expansion projects.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business documents and ensure data security and access control protocols are followed at all times.
- Utilize document management software and digital tools to streamline records and documentation processes across the organization.
