📝 Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of high-voltage substation projects — covering 132kV, 230kV, and 380kV voltage levels — from project initiation through to successful completion and handover.
- Ensure full compliance with SEC (Saudi Electricity Company) standards, safety regulations, technical specifications, and quality requirements across all project activities.
- Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, SEC representatives, and subcontractors — managing all project interfaces and stakeholder relationships professionally.
- Monitor and control project schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and procurement activities — identifying and resolving any deviations proactively.
- Lead and manage site teams — including engineers, supervisors, and technical staff — ensuring discipline, productivity, and safety on all project sites.
- Ensure timely project completion within the approved program — managing critical path activities and coordinating resolution of site issues without delay.
- Handle all project documentation, progress reporting, variation management, and regulatory approvals — maintaining complete and accurate project records throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage substation installation, testing, and commissioning activities — coordinating with SEC and third-party testing teams to ensure successful energization and project acceptance.

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized and accredited university.
- Minimum 6–8 years of experience specifically in SEC substation projects — candidates must have direct, hands-on project management experience on SEC-contracted substation works.
