📝 Key Responsibilities

🛗 Elevator Mechanic

  • Perform scheduled preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance on elevator systems — including traction, hydraulic, and MRL elevator types.
  • Inspect, repair, and replace mechanical elevator components — cables, sheaves, guide rails, buffers, door mechanisms, and safety devices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical faults in elevator systems — identifying root causes and implementing effective repairs to restore operation.
  • Test and verify elevator operation after maintenance — ensuring all mechanical systems function safely and correctly before returning to service.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance logs and service records for all elevators serviced.
  • Comply with all safety regulations and elevator codes during all maintenance and repair activities.

⚡ Elevator Electrical Technician

  • Install, maintain, and repair elevator electrical systems — including control panels, motor drives, landing buttons, indicators, and door operator systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve electrical faults using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and elevator-specific diagnostic tools.
  • Program and configure elevator control systems and drive units — from established brands such as OTIS, Schindler, Kone, ThyssenKrupp, and Mitsubishi.
  • Perform wiring, rewiring, and termination of elevator electrical components to manufacturer and safety specifications.
  • Conduct regular electrical safety inspections — verifying that all elevator electrical systems meet current standards and remain in safe operational condition.
  • Support and coordinate with the mechanical elevator team during combined maintenance and commissioning activities.

✅ Requirements

Elevator Mechanic

  • Proven experience in elevator mechanical maintenance and repair across multiple elevator types.
  • Strong knowledge of elevator mechanical systems — cables, sheaves, door mechanisms, safety devices, and braking systems.
  • Familiarity with major elevator brands operating in Saudi Arabia.

Elevator Electrical Technician

  • Proven experience in elevator electrical systems — control panels, motor drives, and fault diagnosis.
  • Proficiency in reading elevator electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
  • Experience with elevator control programming and drive configuration is a strong advantage.
  • Technical certificate or diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred.

Both Positions

  • Must be available to work in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
  • Valid Iqama or ability to join on appropriate work permit.
  • Safety-conscious, reliable, and able to work independently on client sites.
